Kalpataru Projects International Ltd. (KPIL) is conducting a recruitment drive to hire passionate and experienced professionals for positions in the Solar Business and TL Tower Design teams.

Interview Details:

Available Positions and Requirements:

1. Head – Solar Design & Engineering
   • Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
   • Experience: 20-25 years
   • Responsibilities: Complete solar electrical and civil structural design for ground-mounted solar projects above 100MW, leading a team of design engineers and managers.
2. Head – Solar Project Management
   • Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical/Civil)
   • Experience: 20-25 years
   • Responsibilities: End-to-end project monitoring, scheduling, controlling, and planning. Expertise in Primavera/MSP.
3. Solar Tendering
   • Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical/Civil)
   • Experience: 5-15 years
   • Responsibilities: Tender analysis, pre-qualification, bid preparation, budget monitoring, vendor liaison, and stakeholder collaboration.
4. Solar Cost Estimation
   • Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical/Civil)
   • Experience: 5-15 years
   • Responsibilities: Cost estimation for large-scale PV projects, BOQ preparation, and subcontractor bid management.
5. Solar Civil & Structural Design
   • Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical/Civil)
   • Experience: 8-12 years
   • Responsibilities: Design of RCC/steel structures for solar PV plants, site visits, and BOQ preparation.
6. Solar AC Design
   • Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
   • Experience: 8-12 years
   • Responsibilities: AC electrical system design, including layout preparation, substation design, and vendor evaluation.
7. Solar PV DC Design
   • Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
   • Experience: 8-12 years
   • Responsibilities: DC system design, module arrangements, and cable selection.
8. Solar Energy Yield Assessment
   • Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
   • Experience: 8-12 years
   • Responsibilities: Energy yield analysis, system feasibility reports, and site evaluations.
9. Solar Project Planner
   • Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
   • Experience: 8-12 years
   • Responsibilities: Solar EPC project planning, scheduling, documentation, and billing.
10. Transmission Line Tower Design Manager
    • Qualification: ME/BE (Civil)
    • Experience: 5-15 years
    • Responsibilities: Transmission tower and foundation design using PLS Tower, AutoCAD, and related tools.
11. PLS CADD Engineer
    • Qualification: ME/BE (Civil)
    • Experience: 5-15 years
    • Responsibilities: Tower spotting using PLS CADD with skills in GIS Interface, Google Earth, and Global Mapper.
12. Draughtsman – Transmission Line Civil
    • Qualification: ITI/Diploma
    • Experience: 5-15 years
    • Responsibilities: Drafting transmission line structures using AutoCAD/BOCAD, including BOM preparation.
