The Role
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set time-frames& milestones
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Work closely with the business development and accounts team
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Make sure that clients’ needs and all milestones are met as projects evolve
- Help client and internal team prepare budgets
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise on day-to-day basis
- Act as the single point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
- Use available tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
- Execute all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement)
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests and audits.
- Customer Account Management.
- Regular reporting

What we are looking for
- A Civil Engineer by qualification
- Relevant Experience of Construction & Renovation work.
- Proven work experience as a Civil Project Coordinator or similar role from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Strong working knowledge of Civil, Interior Design, Electrical & Plumbing drawings.
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail
- Customer-centric attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and take direction
- Proactive problem-solving skills with an eagerness to fix inefficiencies
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help your teammates & service partners
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
