Responsibilities and Duties

Study tender document and make synopsis for Eligibility Criteria / Financial Criteria required in tender.
Tender Preparation (Online / Offline) as per tender requirement.
Examine the tender thoroughly, to accurately determine the quantity of the materials required so as to prepare bill of quantity for the Estimates department to provide rational and competitive estimates enabling the company to win tender.
Responsible for creating business winning documentation.
To produce exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each individual client, producing the best possible bid for the company.
Dealing with multiple clients at any given point and being responsible for advising and guiding team members on pricing options.
Responsible for tender submission on time after seeking due approval from Management.
Analysis of unsuccessful bid to ensure corrective actions for future bids.
Relationships with internal departments such as sales and marketing and with the external tendering body or authority to ensure the highest quality of work is achieved.
Responsible for attending Pre-Bid meetings and Kick-Off meetings as and when required.
Budgetary offers comparisons, analysis and Making budgetary offer negotiations.
Follow-up of client's technical & commercial queries regarding tenders & preparation of prompt reply to clients.
Responsible for Maintaining tender, EMD files and registers.
Follow up with Customer Support Team for timely submission of Order.
Provide necessary MIS reporting to Management on a timely basis.
Assisting in Execution of the project.
Delegation and supervision of work among team members.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Location: Pune / Dubai
Experience: 2-7 years
Educational Background: Degree in Civil Engineering
Candidates with Gulf experience will be preferred.

Must have excellent computer skills excel, word etc.

A team player having Understanding of all project related items and BOQ (bill of quantities).

Understanding of all contractual terms and experience in enforcing them as required.

Hands on ability to create BOQs and draft all the contract / tender related clauses as required.
