Tata Advanced Systems is conducting a walk-in drive to recruit experienced professionals for key technical roles in its Hyderabad manufacturing facility. The organization is seeking qualified candidates with strong hands-on skills in aerospace assembly, CNC operations, and deburring processes.

Available Positions

Assembly Operator

Qualification: ITI – Fitter & Apprentice (NCVT)
Experience: 3 to 8 years
Role Requirements:

• Proficiency in aircraft assembly operations including drilling, reaming, riveting, and fastener installation

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work with hand and cutting tools

• Experience in aircraft fasteners, aerodynamics, and basic aircraft structural components

CNC Operator / Deburring Technician

Qualification: Diploma
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Role Requirements:

• Expertise in VMC, turning, and VTL machine operations

• Strong command of cutting tool identification and practical application

• Hands-on experience in deburring processes, subassembly tasks, and hand forming

• Familiarity with various deburring tools and fitting operations
