Normet India is hiring for a site manager & operations manager at Mine Sites in Rajasthan.
1. Site Manager (Sindesar Khurd Mines, Rajasthan)
Experience: 10-12 years of relevant Underground Site Management experience
Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Mining Engineering
Job Description:
- Ensure team operates safely at the site with proper QA QC.
- Understand customer requirements and execute accordingly. Maintain customer relationships across all levels.
- Extend and ensure technical support to the team.
- Guide the team for effective planning as per budget allocation.
2. Site Operation Manager (Rampura Agucha Mines, Rajasthan)
Experience: 12-15 years of relevant experience
Education: BE, B.Tech/Diploma
Job Description:
- Monitor HSEQ standards with periodic audits.
- Ensure 100% compliance with the company code of conduct, tracking & reporting gaps if applicable.
- Develop future roadmap & strategy for business growth (1-2 years) and present the same on a half-yearly basis.
- Focus on key deliverables of the contract & communicate to relevant stakeholders.
