Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed BIM models using Revit Software, with a focus on reinforcement modeling and detailing.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate representation of structural elements in the model.
• Review project specifications and requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards and project goals.
• Assist in the coordination of BIM models with other disciplines and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and best practices related to BIM modeling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeler specializing in reinforcement detailing.
• Proficiency in Revit Software is essential; experience with Tekla Structures is a plus.
• Experience working on multi-story projects (Residential, Commercial, Parking Structures, etc.) for international clients (USA, UK, etc.).
• Strong understanding of structural modeling and detailing principles and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
