Qualifications and Experience:
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, plus a minimum of 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in datacenter project construction, particularly with large-scale datacenters or datacenter lease providers.
Other Requirements:
- Security Screening: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check, which is required every two years for this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Expertise: 10+ years of experience in managing large, multi-faceted construction projects.
- Project Scheduling: Ability to independently manage project schedules.
- Team Coordination: Proficiency in coordinating contractors and support staff.
- Cross-discipline Influence: Ability to influence cross-discipline teams effectively.
- Health & Safety Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction health and safety protocols.
- Multi-Project Management: Experience in managing multiple large, multi-faceted projects simultaneously.
