All roles require 3–20+ years of experience depending on the position. Experience in Oil & Gas, Pipeline, or Construction projects is mandatory.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in related field
- Proven expertise in execution, safety compliance & documentation
- Flexible to relocate across India for project assignments
- Strong collaboration and on-site coordination skills
