Job Description
- The Vendor would ensure we have 24x7x365 days operator’s services at the site.
- The operators would manage/operate and monitor the functionality of the above safety security systems.
- The operators would respond to any alarms if it occurs and identify the reason and track until closed.
- The operators would print reports / history pertaining to the problem occurred.
- The operators would maintain all the Daily / Weekly / Monthly /Quarterly records instructed by the clients.
- The operators would register the complaint from the user & take corrective action.
