Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product quality consistency through effective implementation of quality systems.
  • Analyze customer complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Monitor rejection and field complaint data; take action with the shop floor team to maintain rejection rates within management-set limits.
  • Conduct audits on the shop floor to ensure process improvements are in line with CAPA requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address non-conformities from internal and external audits promptly.
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams on new product line setups or process changes.
  • Lead or participate in small group activities or task force teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Educate shop floor teams on quality management system standards and quality tools.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of products and processes.
  • Familiarity with the latest quality trends and quality management systems (QMS), ROHS, and REACH.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving tools and methodologies including FMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plans, and Control Charts.
