Job Title: Assistant Engineer - Process Quality Control

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure product quality consistency through effective implementation of quality systems.
- Analyze customer complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Monitor rejection and field complaint data; take action with the shop floor team to maintain rejection rates within management-set limits.
- Conduct audits on the shop floor to ensure process improvements are in line with CAPA requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to address non-conformities from internal and external audits promptly.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams on new product line setups or process changes.
- Lead or participate in small group activities or task force teams to resolve quality issues.
- Educate shop floor teams on quality management system standards and quality tools.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office.
Key Skills & Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of products and processes.
- Familiarity with the latest quality trends and quality management systems (QMS), ROHS, and REACH.
- Proficiency in problem-solving tools and methodologies including FMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plans, and Control Charts.
