1. Team Leader:
   • Qualification: Masters in Urban Planning with a strong foundation in GIS.
   • Experience: 15 years, with at least 3 CDP or similar projects, including one for a city with a population of 5 lakh or more.
2. Green & Sustainable Development Expert:
   • Qualification: Masters in Environmental Engineering/Planning or equivalent.
   • Experience: 7 years, with involvement in at least 2 CDP or similar projects.
3. Transport/Decongestion Planner:
   • Qualification: Masters in Transport Planning or equivalent.
   • Experience: 8 years, with exposure to at least 2 CDP or similar projects.
4. Urban/City Planner:
   • Qualification: Architect with Masters in Urban Planning or equivalent.
   • Experience: 8 years, with participation in at least 2 CDP or similar projects.
5. Urban Design/Landscape Architect:
   • Qualification: Masters in Landscape Architecture/Urban Design or equivalent.
   • Experience: 5 years, including at least 2 CDP or similar projects.
6. Infrastructure Planner:
   • Qualification: Bachelors in Civil Engineering with Masters in Infrastructure Engineering/Planning.
   • Experience: 7 years, with proficiency in Civil3D, GIS, and other relevant software/tools.
7. Sanitation & Sewerage Network Expert:
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with Masters in Infrastructure/Civil Engineering.
   • Experience: 7 years, including at least 2 CDP or similar projects.
8. Land & Revenue Expert:
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
   • Experience: 10 years as a Revenue Inspector/Supervisor dealing with land matters.
9. Social Development Expert/Mobiliser:
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s/Masters in Social/Economic discipline.
   • Experience: 7 years in the Social Development Sector.
10. Finance Expert:

• Qualification: Masters in Finance (MBA).
• Experience: 7 years, with involvement in at least 1 city-level project or CDP.

1. GIS Expert:

• Qualification: Masters in Planning or Geoinformatics & Technology.
• Experience: 5 years, including at least 1 city-level project or CDP.
