As a Real Estate Specialist, you will play a crucial role in acquiring, managing, and optimizing office spaces in our portfolio. This role involves a deep understanding of real estate dynamics and a knack for identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Acquisition: Identify and evaluate potential office spaces for inclusion in the Flexospaces network. This includes negotiating lease agreements, conducting due diligence, and ensuring spaces meet our quality standards.
2. Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competition. Analyze market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
3. Vendor Management: Collaborate with property owners, landlords, and partners to maintain a positive and productive relationship. Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize mutual benefits.
4. Portfolio Management: Oversee the performance of existing properties in our network, ensuring optimal utilization and profitability. Implement strategies to increase occupancy rates.
5. Compliance: Ensure all properties meet legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain necessary licenses, permits, and certifications.
6. Financial Analysis: Prepare and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and track property-related expenses.
7. Customer Satisfaction: Work with the customer experience team to address property-related concerns and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in real estate, property management, or a similar role.
