Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Project Management & Planning.
- Proficiency in Project Management software (Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6).
- Experience in Residential Development, Mivan Shuttering, High-End Finishes.
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning & Monitoring, Tracking costs against budget, MIS.
