Job Description

Here are the Roles and Responsibilities for WorleyParsons recruitment 2019

  • Review of drawings, reports and specifications for rotating equipment
  • Review technical bid evaluations, datasheets and technical specifications for rotating equipment
  • Review and approval of Vendor documents
  • Participate in HAZOP (as needed) to ensure a safe and reliable operation
  • Participate in vendor technical bid clarification meetings
  • Vendor document review and co-ordination with the other disciplines
  • Safety – Responsible for personal safety–safe working practices for the position

Skills Required


Experience with single and multistage centrifugal and positive displacement pump packages, single and multistage centrifugal and reciprocating compressor packages, pump and compressor auxiliary systems, centrifugal and positive displacement fans and blowers, gas turbines, diesel and gas engines .

Qualification and Experience Requirements

Here are the qualification and Experience Requirements for WorleyParsons Requirements 2019

  • A recognized engineering degree in Mechanical or equivalent discipline
  • +15 years of rotating equipment engineering experience in the oil & gas environment
  • Offshore rotating machinery experience on FPSO or other types of floating production units
  • Hands on experience with large gas turbine driven compressors, pumps & generators is mandatory
  • Experience with the development of layouts for new facilities
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritisation of work to achieve themStrong and broad technical knowledge across most aspects of oil & gas
  • Must have strong management and leadership skills and also be capable of easily and productively working in a multi-cultural team environment.
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic approach is essential
