Qualification
- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or its equivalent
- One year’s Post-Graduate practical training, study, research, or practical engineering experience.
Age Limit
Not more than 36 years on 01.01.2022, the age limit being relaxable, in the case of candidates who have been in the employment of the Central or the State Government or any Statutory Body recognized for the purpose by the Government and are not out of such employment for more than a year on the said date, to the extent of the actual period spent continuously in such employment. No age limit relaxation shall be allowed to a candidate who has already appeared in the examination thrice.

- The applicants may access the Edit Window by logging into their accounts at https://wbpsc.gov.in.
- All applicants are advised to verify the details provided in the online application very carefully, and applicants who have not filled in the forms personally are remarkably advised to obtain a printout of the form to identify the discrepancies, if any.
- Applicants willing to change their address may change the same in the Profile Section and then use the Edit option.
- The Edit option can be availed only once during the period described above.
- No request for any change will be entertained after the above-mentioned
period.
