1. Stores Incharge / Stores Assistant
Receipt of incoming materials as per the approved process and timely accounting of the same in ERP; Stacking and preservation of materials as per the laid down guidelines and manufacturers instruction manual; Issue of materials to the project as free issue, chargeable and returnable basis as per the procedure; Tracking of Returnable materials; Charging of chargeable materials; Stock taking as per schedules; Ensure security of the materials under custody and safe material handling; Maintaining overall housekeeping of the Stores area in 5S way to ensure quick retrieval of materials; Sending MIS to HO MM as per the schedule (weekly/monthly) & Periodic reconciliation of materials as per SOP.

Critical Success Factors: Knowledge & Management of Site Stores / Materials Management function in Construction Projects (Preferably Industrial, High Rise Buildings, Oil & Gas, Environment):Compliance of Stores activities to ISO and OHSAS;

Qualifications: (Any Degree/ Technical Diploma) should be on Regular Mode & Candidate should have Diploma in Material Management (DMM) from Approved Institutions like IIMM or MBA in Materials/ Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 08 – 25 years of experience in handling stores is required.

2. Safety Incharge|Safety Supervisor|Safety Stewards
Responsible for Managing Health, Safety and Environmental issues for the organization Legal Obligations.
Maintain Hazard awareness programs.
Statutory compliance with OHSAS (Occupational Health Safety Assessment Series) with respect to Environment and Implementation of OSHAS 18001 & EMS 14001 system at site & its documentation.
To provide safety leadership, ensure facility compliance with corporate safety standards, improve safety performance, and ensure facility safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
To prepare Monthly internal Audit, EHS Report and monthly EHS Plan. Conduct Training Programs.

Safety Incharge : Any Graduate Engineer with Govt approved Safety qualification having minimum 8-10 years experience.

Safety Supervisor : Any Graduation with Govt approved Safety qualification having minimum 5 years experience.

Safety Steward : Any Graduation with Govt approved Safety qualification having minimum 2-3 years experience.

3. QA / QC Engineer|Supervisors

A) Lab Technician :

Experience: 6 to 9 years with Graduation in the following Lab testing activities.
a. Having hands on experience in receiving, sampling, testing the Raw materials like, Cement, Steel, Aggregates, admixture, water etc.,
b. Experience in sampling of semi-finished and finished products related to Roads and Buildings,
c. Recording / data entry of the lab tests results and analysis,
d. Trial Mix & Mix Design of Concrete and Job Mix Formula for WMM & Bituminous Layers.
e. Experience in Lab & Field testing such as MDD, FDD & CBR tests for SOIL, WMM & BT work, Cube Test, Slump test etc., for concrete.
f. Experience in conducting calibration of B. Plant / Pug mill, WMM & BT Plant.

B. Civil – QA/QC Engineer / Supervisors:
a. Experience in Structural concrete including Finishing works such as Flooring, False Roofing, Facade work, water proofing, Landscaping, etc.
b. Knowledge of calibration of batching plants, setting up of Laboratory and various tests of Construction and Finishing materials.
c. Hands on experience for various higher grade of concrete mix designs including HPC,SCC etc.
d. Piling and Pile Testing
e. Knowledge of NDT of Concrete Structures
f. Maintaining Quality of construction works and Quality records at site.
g. Experience in use of Tunnel Form work / Mivan shuttering etc,
h. Capable of Identifying , analysing and resolving Non- conformances and controlling for site construction works.
i. Preparation of Project Quality Plan, Field Quality Plans (FQPs), Method Statements, Pouring Sequence, Check Lists and Formats for various activities, submission to Client and obtaining their approval.
Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience: (i) 5 to 12 years for Degree holders
(ii) 7 to 20 years for Diploma holders
Areas of Experience: Power Plants, Oil, Gas & Refinery, Metals & Minerals, Water Treatment Plants, Piping and Structural, Heavy fabrication manufacturing of material handling Equipments, etc.

C. Mechanical – QA/QC Engineer / Supervisors:
1. Knowledge of codes (ASME, AWS, API, IS, BS, EN etc.), standards, regulations (IBR), equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirement
2. Knowledge of PQP, FQP, ITP, Method statement, Inspection formats, Procedures etc.
3. Inspection Knowledge of materials, consumables and verifying MTCs and clearing IMIR/MRR for Billing.
4. Knowledge in welding process like SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, SAW etc.
5. Able to Study Drawings and Prepare Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) & welder performance Qualification (WPQ) as per ASME sec IX.
6. Knowledge of calibration of welding Machines, Measuring and testing Equipments and Oven’s as per procedure, Verification and maintenance of records as per Procedure.
7. Shall be able to carry-out Stage Inspection of site fabrication / erection activities for structural, piping, stationary / Rotating Equipments as per approved drawings/ITP/FQP and maintaining related QC documentation / statutory inspection documents (IBR).
8. Coordination, witness and reviewing of the NDE & Heat treatment activities as per approved procedures / drawings/ITP/FQP.
9. Coordination with Customer for inspection and testing activities and clearing of protocols.
10. Conducting the Tool Box Talk for newly joined Workforce, Welders & Fitters to enhance their skill level in workmanship & Quality.
11. Identification of Non-conformities, preparation of Root Cause Analysis and Coordination for Resolution.
12. Reporting – Periodic Reports to HO, Final QC Dossier etc.
13. Awareness on quality systems of ISO 9000: 2015. Should have knowledge on ISO internal and external audits.
Profile:
Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Mechanical (or) Metallurgical Engineering.
Additional Certifications required: ASNT Level II in UT, RT, MT, PT, VT
Additional Certification preferred: CSWIP / AWS / CWI
Experience: (i) 5 to 12 years for Degree holders
(ii) 7 to 20 years for Diploma holders
Areas of Experience: Power Plants, Oil, Gas & Refinery, Metals & Minerals, Water Treatment Plants, Piping and Structural, Heavy fabrication manufacturing of material handling Equipments, etc.

D. Electrical- QA/QC Engineer / Supervisors:
1. Knowledge of codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirement
2. Knowledge of PQP, FQP, ITP, Method statement, Inspection formats, Construction Procedures etc.
3. Knowledge of Electrical/C&I Items and verifying MTCs and clearing IMIR/MRR for Billing.
4. Knowledge of calibration of Measuring and testing Equipments as per procedure, Verification and maintenance of records as per Procedure.
5. Factory inspection and witness of Factory test, preparation of Inspection report for E&I Equipment.
6. Shall be able to carry out Stage Inspection for installation of Cable Trays, Junction boxes at field, PMCC, MLDB, SLDB, Switchgear, Transformers, Bus Duct, IMCC, relay panels, marshalling cabinets and DCS at RIB, earthling & lighting systems as per approved drawings/FQP and maintaining QC Check lists / Inspection reports/ test reports as per FQP.
7. Knowledge in Inspection and Supervision of cable laying, cable glanding and termination for all types of instruments and valves, Jbs, Lighting Jbs, Panels, airline tubing and Impulse tubing/piping with the help of Hook Up and P&ID drawings.
8. Coordination with Customer for inspection and testing activities and clearing of protocols.
9. Conducting the Tool Box Talk for newly joined Workforce, Electricians to enhance their Skill level in workmanship & Quality.
10. Identification of Non-conformities, preparation of Root Cause Analysis and Coordination for Resolution.
11. Reporting – Periodic Reports to HO, Final QC Dossier etc.
12. Awareness on quality systems of ISO 9000: 2015. Should have knowledge on ISO internal and external audits.

Profile:
