A walkin Interview for a temporary post on a contractual basis has been scheduled to be held on 27/02/2021 for seven posts of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and two posts of Field Assistant in the DST sponsored project (MRDP) under SPLICE – Climate Change Programme in North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST).

The title of the project is “Impact of Climate Change on Water Resources of Arunachal Pradesh”. The duration of the project is three years. Details of the eligibility criteria for different posts along with the monthly emoluments are given below

Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
No. of Posts: Seven
Monthly Emoluments: ₹ 31,000/- + HRA @ 8% for first two years and ₹ 35,000/- + HRA @ 8% for the third year (Consolidated).

Post: Field Assistant
No. of Posts: Two
Monthly Emoluments: ₹ 20,000/- + HRA @ 8% (Consolidated).




Qualification

B.Sc./ 3 years Diploma in Engineering & Technology.

M. Tech. degree in Water Resource Engineering/ Hydraulic Engineering/Hydrology with B. Tech. in Civil Engineering.

M. Tech. in Water Resource Management/ Soil and Water Engineering/ Hydrology/ Remote Sensing
and GIS with B. Tech. in Agricultural Engineering.

First-class M. Tech. in Geospatial Technology or M.Sc. in RS and GIS/Geoinformatics.
