Asst.manager/manager-2D/3D Design Trainer
‘5 – 10 yrs Mumbai
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To design, develop & deliver training in 2D & 3D design softwares & manage CTEA Madh operations, CAD Trainer
Qualification : BE/BTech (preferably Mechanical)
Primary: Conduct of design training programmes. Training need assessment across ICs. Work on leads provided by Marketing dept.. Assist in lab set ups & operations, case studies & project, 3D modelling assignments. Also look after daily activities of CTEA Madh.
Secondary: Refine & develop present programmes. Keep abreast of latest developments in design softwares & introduce new appropriate programmes.
Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Machine Shop
Exp 2 – 5 yrs Coimbatore
Should possess experience in managing Machine shop with 3-4-5 axis CNC machines.
Good machining knowledge is essential.
Good knowledge in 3D modeling preferably in Catia / Unigraphics / AutoCAD.
CAM Programming knowledge is desirable.
Experience in Handling CNC Machines & Fabrication machines like Press, press Brakes
Good GD&T & Drawing study knowledge.
Able to prepare costing for the parts / products.
Good interpersonal & people management skills.
Well conversant with MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
Domain Knowledge in ISO 9001 & AS9100 systems preferred.
Good Communication / Interpersonal Skills
Basic knowledge in Special processes like Heat treatment, Surface treatment & welding is added advantage.
Experience in Aerospace / Defence companies preferred.
Basic Knowledge in ERP systems like BAAN / SAP.

The candidate will be responsible for end to end recruitment process.
Responsible for Sourcing CVs thru various platforms like Job portals, Social Media, networking etc.
Interacting with the candidate
Responsible for Interview coordination, Panel arrangements,
Salary negotiation if required,
Responsible for offer letter generation and sharing it with candidates within the time frame.
Responsible for MIS preparation and sharing weekly reports, monthly reports
