  • Experience in early-stage startup environments preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuous on-the-job training to develop Marketing Skills
  • Plan & oversee business development efforts for MOTIFESPACE in assigned areas / clusters with a goal to source high quality business
  • Identify new areas of development so as to expand the operational area of MOTIFESPACE
  • Negotiate over the quote price on commercial agreement with interested clients
  • Build relations with established contractors, architects & other relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other teams in MOTIFESPACE such as Vendor Development, Design & Execution, Finance, Planning & Contracts etc. to ensure smooth functioning of projects on day-to-day basis
  • Conduct visits of identified potential properties against predetermined standards and submit a feasibility report
  • Devise accurate cost and service estimates for converting audited property and propose realistic timelines for the same, basis audited condition
  • Plan for optimal inventory and delivery timelines of goods and services for timely completion within the budget
  • Operations and Cost Optimization:
  • Ensure all properties are achieved in a time-bound and cost-effective manner
  • Place orders as per planned inventory with the VM team and coordinate for timely deliveries
  • Regularly monitoring and prioritizing activities to meet stringent timelines
  • Collaborating extensively with all internal and external stakeholders (VM, BD, HR, Architect, etc.) for a flawless execution of property transformation
  • Take autonomous, data-driven decisions and execute process improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with the Architect and meet the project’s stipulated time, cost and quality
  • Coordinate with the vendors/contractors so as to supervise entire project activities
