Qualification for CSL Recruitment 2021
Pass in SSLC and Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education securing a minimum of 60% of marks, with a flair for Draftsmanship and proficiency in CAD.
Pass in SSLC and Three-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education securing a minimum of 60% of marks, with a flair for Draftsmanship and proficiency in CAD.
Age
The upper age limit prescribed for the seats of Ship Draftsman Trainees shall be 25 years as of 15 January 2021. The upper age is relaxable by 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD).
Period of Training
The period of training shall be for two years. However, depending upon project requirements, availability of vacancies, and individual performance, candidates who successfully complete two-year training, may or may not be considered for appointment on a contract basis for a period of one year, at the sole discretion of
CSL.
Application Fee
Application fee of ` 300/- (Non-refundable, plus bank charges extra) should be remitted using the Online payment options (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) which can be accessed through our Online application facility from 30 December 2020 to 15 January 2021. No other mode of payment shall be accepted.
