Experience: 3 -6 years of experience in sales and marketing
To execute action plan for development of Profitable Admixtures sales to Ready Mix /Projects Concrete Producers & contractors/clients of large infrastructure, building or industrial projects.
To develop understanding of decision making map of major customers and develop strong relations with key decision makers in customer organization
To understand and promote Value added products to Customers and Value-added concrete to end-customers/influencers.
To provide in-field technical support by helping customers in admixture selection, concrete mix design assistance, supervising value added concrete mixes, trouble-shooting at customer’s customer from time to time.
To organize supplies of materials as per customer’s requirements in timely manner by follow-up with BASF supply chain and customer’s supply-chain team
To follow-up on customer’s acceptance of supplied materials at QC and store functions in customer organization.
To follow-up and collect o/s payments as per pre-agreed payment terms with customers and as directed by line-manager.
