Planning Engineer Job Opening – Bangalore | Prestige Group
Prestige Group is inviting applications for the position of Planning Engineer at its Bangalore location. We are looking for experienced planning professionals to manage and drive project schedules for real estate developments using structured planning practices and advanced project controls.

Job Responsibilities
As a Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Implementing the complete project life cycle planning using Microsoft Project, including resource and cost planning, authority approvals, and handover schedules.

Performing activity planning and scheduling at various project stages using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in coordination with different stakeholders.

Developing and managing scheduling at L1, L2, L3, and L4 levels.

Updating actual progress and monitoring schedules on a weekly basis, identifying delays, and preparing recovery plans for the Project Head.

Preparing 3-month look-ahead schedules and aligning multi-department targets.

Preparing and monitoring catch-up schedules when required.

Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly progress reports.

Updating quarterly progress reports on the RERA portal.
-
Maintaining a delay register and delay analysis reports.
-
Monitoring project hindrances, including weather-related impacts.
-
Coordinating with departments like Contracts, Procurement, Design, and Billing.

Preparing financial tracking reports including manpower histograms and cash flow forecasting.
